“Shame must be talked about!” are the lyrics of sociologist Brene Brown. Shame (on
you) wants to tell in a contemporary, visual and surreal way what happens when
unleashes within each of us ‘the shame monster’. Shame is like an
antagonist, operating within the individual. What are the mechanisms that govern
this social feeling that arises from becoming aware of the other and of society? Which
what does one do to silence this perennial self-assessment?
Feeling inadequate is your greatest adversary, who must be allowed to really look at you and to
embrace you for who you are.
