JAR PROJECT was born from the exploration of the concept of happiness in its many facets. The inspiration comes from a project based on the idea of writer Elizabeth Gilbert: the Happiness Jar Project. Happiness is an emotional state characterised by feelings of joy, satisfaction, contentment.
