Storie degli ultimi giorni emerges from the interweaving of two experiences
autobiographical experiences: the vision of the Orvieto painting masterpiece by Luca
Signorelli and the experience on board the Infinity Expedition: a sailing ship engaged in an original
sailing vessel engaged in an original environmental protection project, with which
which I sailed from Gibraltar to Gambia.
The aquatic environment, encountered off the coast of Senegal and
transcribed in the ship’s logbook, recalled to my memory the
pictorial complex that I had seen so many times as a child in the
cathedral in my city. The show takes its name from the
frescoes in the Cappella Nova of Orvieto Cathedral, inspired by the
story of the Last Judgement.

And in front of the throne like a sea of glass resembling crystal Ap.
The atmosphere of extreme suspension and the near immobility of the sea and
of the sky made every small movement full of power. Everything
had a symbolic value and presaged an event
sudden event. Apocalypse, from the Greek, revelation. Everything seemed to
appear as the moment before a revelation.
